Got a couple of hours to spare, go to the address below and have a read of the Corporate Review conducted by George Cuff and Associates. If you would like a paper copy they are available at the municipal office.
The report was presented to Council and Administration on Oct 29th, and then at a public meeting that same night. It as not been formally accepted by council yet, because it takes a formal council meeting for that process to happen. Next council meeting is Nov 3 at 7pm in the council chambers.

So boil it all down for us, Dean... how does the Municipality stand?
Yes it addressed the issues.The problem is nothing will change.Not you and your group of 4.Not the Mayor.Waste of time and money.The finger pointing has already started on both sides.We have to grow up.What I would like to see is someone step forward and make a plan that we can ALL get excited about.It is time to move forward.
Then the job of this council is to prove you wrong I believe that a large portion of the council wishes to move forward on these recommendations.
Change needs to happen and should, I think most people agree with that.
I have argued for the last five years that what we are doing is not sustainable, the report agrees with that and speaks numerous times to the duplication of services and facilities that this community must deal with.
